گروت چه می باشد و چه کاربردی دارااست
گروت ترکیبی از سیمان، دوده سیلیسی و بعضی فیلر ها و افزودنی های معدنی، مواد کاهش دهنده یا این که جبران کننده جمع شدگی و بعضا پلیمری هست که دارنده خواص روانی، مقاومت فشاری و لزجت بالائی هست.
گروت ها به دو جور پایه سیمانی و پایه اپوکسی تقسیم بندی می شوند که در مقالات بعدی در باره آن ها توضیحات کافی ارائه میشود.
گروت های پایه سیمانی دارای موارد کاربردی زیادی میباشند .
در پایین به آنان اشاره می شود:
- پر کردن سطح های زیرین ماشینهای صنعتی
- سطح های زیرین گارد ریل ها و خرپاها
- مهار کردن و اتصال میل مهار ها و تای بارها
- شکل دهی و اصلاح هندسی سر شمع ها
- پر کردن زیر بیس پلیت ها در بنا های فولادی
اندازه سنگدانه های سیلیسی دانه بندی گردیده،
بسته به کاربرد و ضخات گروت ریزی می‌تواند در گروت های متفاوت متغییر باشد.
خاصیت و مزایای گروت های پایه سیمانی:
- گروت های پایه سیمانی دارنده مختصات جمع شدگی بسیار پایین میباشند.
- گروت های پایه سیمانی بسیار نفوذ ناپذیر و متراکم میباشند.
- دارای رشد مقاومت بسیار سریع برای نصب و اجرا های در برهه زمانی اندک میباشند.
- گروت های پایه سیمانی با خاصیت جریان و روانی بالا می تواند در فضاهای خالی تا حداقل 10 میلیمتر اجرا در بیاید.
- گروت های پایه سیمانی دارنده روش اجرای بسیار سهل و مواد تک جزئی هستند که فقط به اضافه نمودن آب نیاز دارا هستند.
گروت های پایه سیمانی در انطباق با استاندارد ASTM C1107 GRADE A هستند.
نحوه اجرای گروت های پایه سیمانی :
- سطح زیرین بایستی فاقد هر گونه آلودگی، روغن و چربی باشد.
آلودگی ها و چربی های روی سطح بایستی به وسیه اسید شوئی زدوده شود.
- تمامی سطح ها بایستی پیش از اجرای گروت با آب به وضعیت اشباع با سطح خشک برسند
تا سطح هیچ گونه آبی را از ملات و گروت تازه به خویش جذب نکند.
- سطح های پیرامونی مقطع گروت ریزی باید با قالب های آب بند احاطه گردد
تا هیچ گونه گروتی از مقطع خارج نگردد.
